Catching Calm: Post Covid Education: Why every educator needs to know about emotion contagion

Drawing on her experience working in schools and with young people as a clinical psychologist and mindfulness trainer, Dr Tamara Russell will share the a "brainwise" methodology to help educators who are returning to school, to survive and thrive in the classroom. The workshop will focus on the concept of emotional contagion and giving tips to help you manage your own state so you can be more emotionally available for your students. We believe the well-being of staff is first and foremost and crucial to the well-being of our students. Our approach is PRACTICAL, APPLIED, CREATIVE.
