Mindfulnes training with movement practice is the best and most efficient way to calm the mind and take care of the body.

Tamara brings a unique blend of martial arts, neuroscience and mindfulness knowledge to these sessions.

The sessions draw on teaching from the book Mindfulness in Motion, where she elaborates more on this method. It draws on insights from the brain to make a neuro optimised movement class.

The martial arts movements are drawn from tai chi and as such are gentle physical movements suitable for all abilities and can also be done seated. No special clothing needed for these activities. Best done on an empty stomach.
